From the visa and passport requirements to the name of the maître d’ at the best restaurant in town, I have the inside information necessary to make your trip absolutely perfect. Flight is canceled? No need to worry, just have a seat and call me while the rest of the passengers are lined up trying to rebook.   I know who to call in order to get the situation fixed for you and your family on the spot.  Didn't get the room category you booked?
